First up, Spring Frost has given each of you a homemade kit containing helpful materials.
First off, there is a downloadable survival guide that you can use for a plus two to identify edible plants and fungus, which will help you forage for food.
There is homemade trail mix, which will give you enough food to eat for three days.
This is like just a mix of gorp, basically, or is that what it is? Good old raisins and peanuts? Yes.
Also, he gave you explorer's bandages, which work the same as commercial med patches that you already have to give you some quick healing.
And he also gave you some spell gems with the spell air bubble, which lets you breathe in inhospitable air.
