Did you think of anything else or practice anything in the between episodes about doing the hard things? I think

like for me doing the hard things was just like keeping the one foot in front of the other.

And I think we added a bit about that this morning, even when we were chatting through some wins that we had as a team.

It's like, it's really about planting the seeds and just continuing to plant them and just keep moving towards it.

maintaining through things that didn't, they felt like going through the quicksand or the mud a little bit.

You know, one thing I thought about is That sometimes if you really need to get the hard things done, writing them down and being very deliberate on who owns what and what the expectation is, that clarity drives outcomes faster.

But, you know, when there's a particular situation, which we just recently had, because many of us are async or completely out of the office for the next, you know, at a period of time over the next four weeks, there's actually a time for the next four weeks.

None of the founders are all four in the country or in Calgary at the same time.

So, you know, we put together a plan of being very deliberate and very specific about sort of the things and expectations and who owns what.

And I've already seen like a change in how we're getting through some of those things that can get lost in the day to day, even though they're super important.

And it's just interesting that sometimes writing them down and being very specific gets you through those hard things and gets the outcomes you want.

And I'd say like one of the things that was reoccurring in all of our topics today is that we're in that era where nobody really wrote the rule book.
