If you, if you turn the calendar back a year, let's go 18 months, there were agencies out there thinking about, "What should we say about AI? Should we even put AI on our websites," right? And we really looked at the landscape and the market and listened to what our clients were asking for, and we, we made a decision as an agency to be what we call AI forward.

We think about, um, AI as a, as a tool for us, as a, a really innovative way for us to think through with our clients what's possible.

And what's interesting about this, and we'll talk about it I'm sure a little bit later, is where we all started on our AI journey a year, 18 months ago, is evolving so quickly.

And when we look out as marketers, there are things we're able to do now that we were never able to do before.

We have to really think- Not about, I mean, we all probably started with how can AI help me do X faster, right? Whether it was...

Not, not writing copy faster, but I think that's the, that's where people started with ask a question, get a answer, ask a question, get a faster answer, right? Those kinds of things.

We've evolved, I think, as an industry across industries, thinking differently about what AI enables us to do, empowers us to do with insights.

And when we went out and, and polled, we proactively polled 62 companies asking them where they were on their journey, what they wanted, what their visions were for how they would use AI, um, what we heard was insights, insights, insights.

And now as we move forward and we're starting to think about where 2027 is gonna take us, it's all about insights.

How do we look around the corner? How do we understand how people are gonna respond? How are we gonna understand how our target audience is going to receive what we're putting into the marketplace? So AI is empowering or enabling us to do things that we just really didn't have the ability to do before, and I, I think that's exciting, right? It's not just about doing some things faster, it's about really doing things we hadn't, hadn't thought about before.

So as an agency, we look at leaning into that and really bringing the power of that to our clients.
Yeah, and you know, the, uh, the award submission, you know, painted a picture of an industry that was excited about AI.
So, and, and you kinda mentioned it Caroline, a- about where it's headed and, and kind of what the clients are saying in terms of they want more insights into kind of, um, you know, the stuff that they're doing.
Um, so if we can dig a little bit deeper, I'm interested, you know, y- you talked about trying to figure out how to adopt it responsibly and what they can do further with it.
If you compare where healthcare marketers were then when you kind of submitted this, um, your award nomination and where they are today, you mentioned insights, but you know, what also has changed the most since then that you guys are seeing?

I, I just wanna, I just wanna kick off a, a quick discussion about what's changed most, and then you had, just have some great examples I think of this.
