**Six months. Countless conversations. One incredible community.** In this special mid-year reflection episode, we're taking you behind the mic to look back on the journey of Sunset Memos so far…
Tilda MwaiHostAshleyHostWow, can you believe you're already halfway through the year? It feels like just yesterday when we were setting goals, creating vision boards, and promising ourselves that this would be the year we'd finally take the leap, ask for that promotion, prioritize our wellbeing, or simply become more intentional with our lives.
Yet we-- here we are seven months later.
Some of us are celebrating milestones we've never imagined, while others are carrying disappointments, unanswered questions, or goals that simply feel out of reach.
Wherever you find yourself today, this conversation isn't about judging how far you've come.
It's about creating space to pause, to reflect, reset, you know? Today, we are sharing what the first half of this year has taught us at Sunset Memos, the biggest lessons from our conversations, and the small intentional actions we believe can shape the next six months, or less.
[laughs] So grab a coffee, take a deep breath, and let's have an honest discussion about where we've been, where we are going, and the woman we are still becoming.
And I'm so super excited to host the owner of Sunset Memos today, Tilda Mwai.
Welcome to your podcast.
[laughs]
Wow, I'm so excited to have this conversation today, just to reflect and think about the journey that has been, um, the conversations that we've had, and everything.
So I'm really, truly excited to have this conversation with you today.
Great.
So to start us off, let's do a check-in.
