But that is a whole other story, so please don't attack me in the comments for that just yet.

Because this time the work actually feels so deeply fulfilling, and I also have a life that is thriving outside of just my output.

I am at this really beautiful stage where I am so peacefully content, but I'm also really excited for everything that is to come.

So a quick little note on work life balance, because I know that you're probably thinking like, OK, well, how are you supposed to be happy and healthy and balanced if you're working that much? Honestly, I should probably do an entire episode.

I'm actually thinking about doing an entire vlog of a work week slash balancing my life week in my life so that you guys can understand that a bit more.

Because I think at face value, it sounds kind of crazy, but I promise you it it makes sense when I explain it properly.

But regarding work life balance, something that I want to clarify is that that doesn't necessarily mean doing eight hours of work, eight hours of sleep and eight hours of leisure every single day.

In a perfect world, if everyone was the same, that might be the case, but we are all different and we all have different facets and requirements about life, and so that just isn't really a good rule of thumb.

So, is the work that I'm doing giving me enough of a sense of purpose and also the resources, like money and other resources, to enjoy my life outside of work? And, is the stuff that I'm doing outside of work fulfilling enough to me and providing me with enough energy and filling my cup up enough to be able to do my work to the best of my ability? Neither work nor life should take away from the other.

That being said, the absolute foundation of both your work and your play and your rest and your happiness is health.

That is the absolute foundation of everything that you will basically be pursuing because without your health, you have nothing.

Without it, you cannot possibly work to your highest possible capacity, nor can you clock out and enjoy your life with the greatest possible level of fulfillment.

And that is why, despite so many people calling wellness a trend, I continue to look after my health and well-being as though it is my job, because it is.

The healthier and the happier that you are, the better your work output will be.

So here are the six wellness habits that I have implemented into my life over the past four years, and I would strongly encourage that you look at to implement in your life as well.
