And that word once really hit me and it hit me hard because this is exactly what women do.

When it comes to leaving their corporate job, like you're burnt out, you're currently sitting at your desk or you're sitting in traffic, you're stressed out, you're missing out on family.

What you're supposed to be doing today on Labor Day is hopefully enjoying time with your family, but chances are you're thinking about that deadline and that project that needs to get done.

And if you're anything like me and what I had just said, you may tell yourself something like, once work slows down, I'll leave.

And then you tell yourself that, you know what? Once it happens, once I hit this goalpost, I'm going to officially make the move and you don't.

But I don't need everything around me to be finished before I start moving and building what's next.

You're afraid of what your true potential is and you're afraid to go through what I like to call the messy beginnings and the messy part of growing a business because it's easier to just keep telling yourself the same lie of once this happens, I'll move.

And guess what? 15, 20 years from now, You're going to still be in the same place.

But that leads into this beautiful message that I want to speak to you today about is that you do not have to have everything figured out.

You can build the business that you want that supports you and your family right now in this moment as I'm talking to you and you're listening.
