Sadly, we see on the various platforms them being advertised by people and there's not really a huge amount we as police can do about that because it's a found committing offence.

If you're riding on private land and you have permission from the landowner and the use case for that to fall within that kind of legal bracket is quite limited because who has the kind of land that you could ride something like this on or permission to ride on private land where there's no public access? That's another kind of caveat of that rule, isn't it? So even though it's legal, it's blatantly being used en masse for kind of illegal on-road use, it seems.
