While we talk about mental health broadly on many podcast episodes, the need for men's mental health is a slightly different conversation because it needs a focus and detailing which we might miss otherwise.

Now both men and women are present in the event, I kept the discussion aligned to the men's world, but also to the clarity and communication between men and women hoping for a better world.

Men trying to be the provider can get buried under the weight, while women generally have a potent emotional language which men can't connect with.

We unpacked a lot of that pent-up need to open up and the need for a support system.

Either they do not exist or they're misunderstood or they're misconstrued, meaning even a social circle exists, but it is populated with personalities who have never done an inner recalibration from a self-awareness point of view.

The support system is as vain as those attempts to numb the nervous system with some form of unhealthy intoxication or addiction.

The discussion on support system interweaved beautifully with clarity, purpose, and emotional intelligence because that remains the cornerstone of my podcast.
