In a monumental 50th episode, the local Children of Gaia have one last moot with Willow to say goodbye. Delphine and Raymond go to speak with the spirit guardian, Elara, to get insight in to Plato and…
I think Izzy expecting it to be more business has helped, uh, with, uh, Terrence setting up the mini bonfire that is traditional for these kinds of moots.
However, he has brought out a sort of like standalone, uh, foldable table and has set out like a couple of drinks, but mostly like maps and is currently looking at least at Quinn, gesturing for him to help sort of make like areas of note where these wolf scents might have gone, where Willow might have fled to.
She obviously wasn't there, so she can't have gone far, right?
Uh, Quinn will do as he's requested, not really able to give too much, but will give at least a pathway as to the way he went, the way, you know, stakes had gone, uh, relatively to their report.
Um, and then also he will have brought a bunch of, um, sandwiches that he made as well.
Terrence offers a warm smile to the two of you as everything is arranged and set up.
And then you can see his brow furrow slightly.
"Well, I wish we were meeting under better circumstances.
I've become fond of these get-togethers, but what are we gonna do about Willow? It doesn't seem like the Sept has any plans to move for, for good reason.
I wanna be very clear about that.
This is not a criticism of their choices, but gotta do something."
At the very least, we can plan for something.
We know that Willow seems to be absent from where her scents were last noted, along with a bunch of other wolves, which raises a lot of questions.
On top of that, Quinn's recent, um, shall we say, borrowing of this, uh, plant of theirs is going to set us quite the bullseye, meaning we're able to focus their attention while maybe Willow can sneak her way out somewhere else.
I...
Like I said, we need to figure out where she might have gone, and then we're able to plan from there.
Yeah.
Well, I mean, I didn't see Rook there either, so the options really are either she went back with Rook, which was an option that we were hoping wasn't the case, but he v- he's not there either.
Then maybe that's the case.
But if she did break away, I don't understand why she wouldn't have come to here or to me or any of the Hellhounds yet, so...
so...Well, I am gonna give them enough credit to say they might not wanna be leading the cult back.
Maybe they're taking a really long roundabout route to get back here so as not to leave a scent or a trail.
Uh, they know more than any of us about the instincts required to shake off a tail or to disguise your scent.
So could be that they went down to the river and are camped by the river for a couple of days before moving back up this way to try and shake off the scent.
But if they weren't at the camp, that either makes me think that maybe they have a second camp that we don't know about, or that Rook might be having them kept somewhere also, somewhere remote and distant from that place.
