With 88 working days left until the end of the year, how will you choose to spend your time? September can bring a 'new pencil case' feeling – a useful opportunity to reset and refocus on what matters…

What's your number one priority at work between now and the end of the year? And how is that reflected in your diary?
So I think my biggest work priority is the programmes that we run with companies.
So outside of the podcast, for people that don't know, we spend most of our time in companies, supporting companies with career skills and career structures so that we can make Squiggly Careers better for everybody.
And we have some really big... and important programs that we really care about that are happening.
And I want to make sure that I'm really focused on making those as good as they can be.
And then if I think about my diary, it's not that I don't think my diary reflects it.
I haven't gone, well, what would that look like? And what would I take out for that to be possible? I think I'm just sort of assuming, well, it's going to take up time and it's gone in.
And so I feel like the priority is clear, but the conscious management of my diary to reflect that priority hasn't happened which is what made me feel uncomfortable
