Are you allowing yourself to be happy? Or have you become more comfortable healing, fixing, surviving and waiting for the next thing to go wrong? In this joint episode, Nimesh and Stacey explore…
you know it's an interesting it's an interesting topic right it's just especially when you're on this this the spiritual path i feel like we get used to struggling like everything has to be a struggle you know we kind of always have to be healing something and we are we're always look we're on this human journey something's always healing something's always expanding but i guess as we start let me ask the listener do you actually allow yourself to be happy when was the last time you felt really really happy and You know, this conversation came up with kind of a continuation of last week's podcast where we talked about milestones.
And how do we feel about achieving those milestones? If you haven't listened to it, please do go back.
you know, how do you feel about them? And, you know, when things are shifting, when you had certain expectations, you know, it's just an interesting time and it's not, The last few years, I feel like, has been a struggle for a lot of us.
There's been so much karmic closures and ancestral energy and, you know, kind of like closing so many cycles.
We've been so used to healing and then our expectations and letting go of our old self.
And I sometimes wonder, have we forgotten what it's like to be happy? Have we forgotten what it's like to have that belly love? You know, have we become so serious? And I talk about this to my clients all the time.
It's like, what have you done this week that was fun, that you enjoy doing? Stace, let me ask you by starting, how do you feel about happiness? Do you feel like you actually allow yourself to be happy?
I feel like that's such a challenging question because I feel like I'm facing a season that's really testing me.
And in those moments, you know, I know that I'm smiling and enjoying the time, but I'm also dealing with a heaviness right now that I'm trying to navigate through.
And, you know, I have felt that way through so much of this season you know like there are little magical moments that keep me going and i know those moments are there for a reason so i try to have the make the most of them i try to embrace them as much as i can but i actually feel challenged
yeah which is the best thing to do right create those magic moments right you you know you had two weekends of celebrations one with friends by the pool the other one with with, as you say, family and your grandkids.
And those are the beautiful times where even when you're not present and you're going through something, just stopping and having a look around and just feeling the magic of the moment, which sometimes is hard when you're going through something, I feel like doing that multiple times can help you shift things.
It's just interesting, right? It's interesting energy and vibration right now where I feel like the disconnect continues to be the shifts that we're going through and the human feeling uncomfortable about not knowing what's coming next.
And I feel like we've trained ourselves to almost wait for something to go wrong.
