I work a lot with people's dreams and what a gift to be able to do this and to hear people's deepest desires and the way that they want to live or the things that they want to bring into this life no matter what it is.
And what I hear a lot from people is that they'll say their dream, then they'll do one of two things.
They'll either explain why it's unrealistic they'll tell me oh but you know that's probably not not realistic or not for a long time they'll start to take the dream and then over time as they're talking about it they'll start making it smaller and smaller And they'll say like, well, maybe in 10 years, it'll look like this.
So someone can say that they want more money, that they want a different career, that they want their business to be bigger.
And then as soon as they start to put those things out there, they'll say something like, I know it's probably not realistic, right? Or I know it's going to take a long time.
And right there, right there is where we need to start unpacking these things, because this is not actual truth, right? Like you can have these things, they're available to you.
Are you willing to go and get them is number one, right? And it doesn't have to be someday, you know, at the end of your life or 20 years later, that someday could be next week, that someday can be next year, if you allow yourself to receive it.
But We have these things that we grew up with, stories and things that we've learned from our environments that we've seen, ways that people talk about dreams and reality or being realistic.
And that could be actually somebody even saying that to you, like, oh, you got to get realistic.
You have to pick a real job, right? Or in growing up, they've witnessed that maybe someone had a big dream and never went for it.
