Had a long-term plan of getting you out of advertising on client side, or was it in the moment of you, little kids, pregnant, Uber?
Oh, gosh, that's a great question, but i don't know she she had been suggesting this option for a while but it just never felt real to me
um and so maybe to her it was just one of those suggestions but to me it was just in that moment it had to come true

okay fair enough yeah um So no need to, were there other people who had such an extraordinary influence on your career or is she the one mentor?
The one mentor, well, there was another mentor at the agency and she really said, yeah, she really helped me make this decision.

I remember, uh, like we, we see that in, in the conversations again and again, the best places, um, other ones who simply make that offer.

And, um, like we have people coming back once, twice, sometimes even, and it's such a sign of a good culture.
I took a short break and I was not willing to go back for a while because I was just worn out and I needed a break.
But when I felt the urge to work full time again in advertising, there was only one place to go back to.
