Because it really got to a point where it was like, I think that's where a lot of people DNF, six and seven, because it really does feel like nothing is moving along.
And you're like, I've invested so much time, so much patience and so much energy into this series and nothing is moving along.
Nothing is changing.
And do you know what?
Like we had a massive break between six and seven.
Yeah.
Like a huge break.
Let's do all of these bits.
And then we were like, right, now we need to go back into it.
So in my head I was like, okay, I'm going to go back into it with fresh eyes.
We're going to have a good time.
And I really didn't have a good time.
No, not with Seven.
I think we both wanted to go back into it and be like, yes.
Things
are happening.
It's time.
Let's get back into it.
And then nothing was actually happening.
And we got a bit frustrated with that book.
Then 8 and 8.5, we did the tandem read.
And we toyed with maybe me just doing the tandem read and you just doing it normal reading.
And then we could have compared.
