And I found myself almost buying a pair of Bose headphones that I didn't need because I thought, oh my God, look at the sale.

So are you a sucker for a sale as well? and how do you keep your financial discipline when the thing that will suck money out of you quicker than you know is falling for that bargain for that thing that you didn't really need so give us a call 0800 80 1080 anyway joining us to discuss this she is author of money matters she's a finance specialist and mentor and her name is amanda morale and she's with me now from her lovely looking house where she's moved a little bit further away from the city amanda how are you
