For all my listeners, Tamara has just told us what step one is, and it's very simple.

So once you get individuals on board so they can see how it's going to directly affect them and not just the company as a whole, at that point, you can start moving forward with the processes, the tools, and get them to align with your workflow.

That's where you're going to build the strategic alignment, and that's working with the individual to get them to realize where they're going to.

So now you're both on the same page, and then you're going to improve systems and workflow.

Once that's integrated, you're going to be able to grow people and capabilities at that point and show them how they can contribute more to the company as a whole and be prouder of their success of the company.

Because you're not just doing the repetitive work, you're building a strategy and working as a team.

And so you call this the what process again? It's the Bright Framework.

It is available on my website in BetterDVD.com. That's what I wanted to get to.

What we'll do is we'll make sure we include a link to your website in the show notes.

So you have to find out what the individuals themselves are doing in their workflows.

I've seen too many companies that will bring in new tools and tell the people, this is what you're going to use.

But that tool that they're saying you're going to use doesn't have the capability to do the job you were doing.
