In this inspiring episode of SkillCast, host Nurbanu sits down with author, podcaster, and live-streaming creator Priscilla McElveen to discuss manifestation, purpose, faith, vision boards, and…
I think that our goals in our dreams, especially as I explain in my book, is our essence.
The things that I think about are not the things that a hairdresser thinks about or a makeup artist thinks.
They're thinking of different ways to design some metrics of a face on their downtime.
Someone like myself who loves books and universities, my downtime, even if I'm cooking or using the bathroom, I am constantly thinking about how to carry myself in certain spaces.
And so what happens is Some people, they desire to do something that they feel is a great thing to do that will draw attraction as opposed to what's their God-given purpose.
And I think it obviously we don't have to think right now because it's happening that when you're in your God-given purpose, it finds you regardless.
You know, it's like even you can't trick yourself out of it because we would if we could.
So I believe purpose finds you, especially if you're in alignment with it, then it will fit.
Wow, that's so intricate.
How did you end up getting inspired in writing about these things? What was that inspiring point?
So, you know, God speaks to us in a forecasting way that we don't understand at the time.
I'm thinking, how come me and my mistakes have to go live? How come I can't be like other people who are on the other side of victory and then tell people how things manifested and worked out? Why do I have to go through changes live in front of people.
But now that it has, and now that I'm in the midst of it, I understand it.
And I was probed to do this because It was something that was manifesting live as I went in real time.
So it wasn't as if people would come and learn from me and then they would end up in an email lead generation, you know, of what's to come.
People can actually see what I'm speaking about live in my timelines of all my social medias.
