I want to explain it to you as if you're saying to me, Bianca, explain this to me like a child, right? So as you know, I live in Spain and coffee is literally life.

So let's say I'm walking down the street and I see a coffee shop and it's called B's Cafe, which I don't know, maybe one day I'll open up a cute little cozy coffee shop and bookstore.

Anyway, I see B's Cafe and I decide I'm going to go inside because the name caught my attention.

And then I realized there's no menu, but I'm hungry, right? Like I know I want a cafe con leche, but do you have food? Maybe I can see some pastries, but I really want like a tostada, which here in Spain is like a toasted bread with grated tomatoes or bread with jamon.

Now, I will say as someone who lives here, I know the typical breakfast options, but we're in a tourist part of town, right? So if you're visiting, you may not know.

I walked into this cafe and there were two chairs inside and one tiny table outside.

Turns out their coffee was actually meant to go, which also isn't very common here.

But everything that happened after that is going to determine whether or not I stay.

Because I think that a lot of service providers think that marketing is the sign outside the coffee shop, right? B's Cafe.
