The main thing is, is look at yourself, feel yourself and know what your normal is so that the next month, if something feels or looks different, you know to check it.

um and yes set a timer set a reminder on your phone and just get yourself it takes minutes minutes minutes minutes to do um some people have said that they'd felt pain some people have said that they noticed an unusual body oat like a smell which i definitely had um so it's anything that is unusual and if you're not happy with how the doctor responds get a second opinion because you have it so often where you present yourself to a doctor and people are fobbed off but if you know that there's something different just be persistent it might be nothing you know and 75% of things symptoms that you find on your chest area turn out to be nothing but best to get it best to get it checked out
