And I was going to ask you now, now knowing what you know and doing the work that you do, would you say that that dark period in your life was a blessing in disguise?

I would go through it again and again and again to know what I know now, which is a lot of people might listen and go, well, how can you say that you'd want to go through that phase of, you know, wanting to take your own life and feeling so bombarded with all of that.

But I would have either not been here without that period in time and that transition.

What we think is... really uncomfortable and is taking a really long time is actually a fraction of our lives compared to what it is that we're going to live.

fractional period of time, for a short period of time, and then on the other side, feel well and happy and healthy and healed in the way that I have now with my entire life stretching ahead of me? Or do I want to just prolong this continual discomfort and live in that and wallow in it for the So, you know, in terms of the grand scheme of things, what we think is a really difficult period of time and we feel like is lasting forever is not forever.

But on the other side of that is something so much more magical and so much more rich and so much more abundant than what we're living in at that point of time if we're brave enough to walk through it.

Yeah, and that was my next kind of question to you is around that bravery piece.

What, in your experience or in your expertise, would you say is the reason that some people have this ability to change that trajectory and realize that they're wallowing? And like some people never get out of that.

They literally live their whole lives or worse, they do end up taking their lives because they can't move out of it.

So what do you see as the characteristics of the women that are able to move out of it versus the ones that just are still so trapped in it?

For me, my instinctual thing, and I feel like this is such a foundational thing pillar of self-love work self-development work this is actually the very first pillar of self-love in my framework that I've created and For me, it's having that heightened sense of awareness.

As I said, for me, it was that one day where I woke up and it was like, oh my goodness, I'm aware of everything.
