I have a lot of insight and I've been able to have some good coaching from Caitlin as well to help my growth in the practice as well.
So take us all the way back to the start with this practice and how you got to where you are today.

I've always had the desire to learn every aspect of the practice, even from Maintenancing the equipment to learning the front, just all hands in for me.
And you spent the majority of the beginning of your career as an assistant, is that right? I have.
And so what I loved about our journey together was when we were at the place with the first practice that we were going to start doing a build-out, bringing on an associate, and officially needing an office manager, there was no doubt in Dr. P's mind of who it was going to be.
But it's more common that I'm taking a front office person and training them to grow into that leadership role.
And they're maybe having to step outside their comfort zone to learn some of the back office dynamics and relate to dental assistant operations.
