You have the person that, you know, frankly, they're like, I am frustrated at the fact that my training performance is going down.
Maybe they've been dieting a short amount of time, maybe they've been dieting longer, but it still comes down to their training performances in the tank.
They're kind of going in and they're going in for attendance, which, hey, like some sessions, maybe you're under covered.
But if that is the majority, if more than half of your sessions, if even half of your sessions are becoming just a walkthrough, you're just getting it done to check a box, but you're not actually getting close to failure, what's ultimately going to happen is you are putting yourself at risk for muscle loss.
But there is a point where you are too low of body fat, where food is not high enough, where you are so under recovered and you're just beat down from the dietary fatigue, you don't really have any means to correct and refine the course.
So if you've been dieting to a point where you're like, I just don't have it in me and I've tried to rework training, I've tried to find more externally supported options.
But consistently, you're not able to go in and apply yourself, even with lighter weight.
They're just like, I feel like because I am dieting, I should use lighter weight, arbitrary of what they actually need, arbitrary of how recovered they are.
And if you're not able to preserve that over time, you're probably going to lose more muscle.
