I'm really excited about this episode because this was actually a conversation I had this past week, uh, at a client.

She's, like, just overjoyed with, like, what she's accomplished, and frankly, it's more than what she imagined initially she could accomplish.

She actually sent me an email beforehand, and she was like, "Hey, am I being crazy by saying that I actually wanna lose more weight now? Um, I think that at this point, like, when I came to you, when we first started working together, I would've, you know, been surprised if you could do actually what you said you were going to do, which was help me lose that 15 pounds that I just could not get rid of.

Um, but now, now that I'm here, now that we've been through multiple builds, reverses, now that we're starting another fat loss phase in the near future, is it wild to say that I wanna lose another 15?" Because part of the conversation going into a fat loss phase with a client is figuring out, okay, like, what is your expectation? Like, what would make you, what would make you happy? Because, like, [chuckles] frankly, I, I can say like, yeah, like I, I think this is what you wanna accomplish, like based on what you've shared, like this is the general direction.

But having like a hard number, like knowing that like, okay, it's between 5 and 10 pounds, or it's between 15% and 20% body fat, or it's at the point that you have these like visible changes in your physique day-to-day that is gonna motivate you, gonna excite you, um, I think it's super important to have clarity around that.

Because, um, we do this thing like I think all of us do, where we undershoot what it is we actually want because we're afraid that, you know, if we set the bar too high, um, we can fail.

It, it feels scary, and that uncertainty, a lot of people, they don't do well with that.

So for this client, when she brought this to me, like, "Hey, for this fat loss phase, do you think it's attainable? Or is it just the fact..." And how she worded it was so delicate.

I am past my prime," which like it, just like it breaks my heart when clients say this.

She's like, "I, I just like, I know this is the best I've ever looked, but I don't wanna get greedy.

I don't wanna set the bar so high past, like, what I can actually accomplish." And, like, this overarching question is something that I, I, I have so many people, like, bring that same sentiment to me, where they're like, "Listen, I know, like, you're in the space around PEDs.

You know what people take, but can I look like this girl?" Or, "This is the physique generally I wanna work towards.

You know, is that realistic?" Or, "How, how much drugs is that? Like, how many cycles is it?" That's always a big question, is like how many cycles will lead to this physique? So in this video, we are going through the nitty-gritty.

Is what you're after, are your goals actually attainable? And I'm gonna teach you the framework that I would use with you as a client, um, or that I use with my clients, as I u- uh, that I use with myself.

Um, and hopefully from this you get some clarity on whether or not the goals are attainable.
