I had a consult not too long ago, and the client I was speaking with, she was going to ask on Patreon, but she was like, hey, can I just ask it here? And she asked me the question, how important are genetics in terms of building muscle, losing fat? And it was kind of in the conversation or in and around competing with But I get this question so frequently.
I get this question, frankly, all the time from individuals in the bodybuilding space, but also for individuals who have aspirations to have really freaky physiques.
Um, I, it's, it very much is like all inclusive and most of the people I work with are not competitors.
Most of them, I mean, like I would say like maybe a third of them are competitors or, or aspirations to compete.
But everyone that I work with who doesn't compete, they want that attention to detail.
They want the same level of attention and the care that an athlete, someone who's trying to get on a bodybuilding stage would get.
That's the thing I'm really good at is breaking down the principles of fat loss, breaking down the principles of muscle building for individuals who have high aspirations, even off stage.
So I get individuals who are like, I don't want to get on stage, but I want to get to 10% body fat as a woman.
Is this something I can do? I get people who are like, I want to look like a cartoon character.
