And maybe that's true.
Maybe it is that nobody cares more about our business than we do.
But that doesn't mean that other people can't make an enormous contribution to the journey.
And one of the biggest lessons in business is recognizing that asking for help isn't a weakness.
Sometimes it's the decision that allows the business to grow rather than stay stagnant and in the same place.
Yeah, and what I find as well is that, you know the old saying, like, that water finds its own level.
If you get people around you that believe in your values and believe in where you're going, but also that you have the gift that you can show them, okay, this is where I'm going.

I had a client, Eric... that they have six furniture shops.
And the owner, this guy, he really, he is very good now at running a business.
He can buy products from all over the world.
He can, there's nothing in the business he can't do, except he struggles managing people.
How do you find managing people? I love what you're saying, by the way, where people, they want to work.
How do you come around that?
