the decision to start your own business? What was happening in your life and your career at the time and was starting a business something you always wanted to

do? If you go right back to the early 2000s, I did set up my own business in 2005 and we were tipping away fine and there was a few mistakes made along the way and in my last employment I was a contract manager for a large electrical installation company and I got to a point where you always have that itch where I always had that itch where I wanted to be self-employed.

I wanted to define my own craft.

I wanted to create something.

I couldn't really put my finger on it, but I think I wanted to create somewhere where people wanted to work.

And I suppose if people want to work for you, it's a lot easier to steer the ship when they want to be there, not have to be there.

So in December 2019, I decided I was going to leave my very secure job with a very secure company and made up my decision over Christmas with my wife.

And how do you manage that? Or do you make them realize that? Or do you choose well enough that they know this stuff anyway?
