So tell us how you would coach your clients through the process of hiring and getting over that initial fear factor.

Yes, that is such a good question, because one thing that we all initially make the mistake of doing is we get really good at what we do.

So the precursor to hiring is typically going to be figuring out exactly what you do and how you can delegate that is to create procedures and checklists and processes and actually map out what's happening so that then you can eventually delegate.

Then once you know what you need that person to do, then you can kind of reverse engineer it.

What type of person would be good for this? And then you start to hire once you actually have a scope of work that needs to be completed.

So you're absolutely right, especially for those of us who is really near and dear to our heart.
