Like I'm telling you, our certifications dropped and dropped and dropped post-pandemic.

I would say there's multiple turning points, but if I can consolidate it, it was number one, understanding that the foundation of education and foundation of knowing what I'm doing from a movement science standpoint, that has residual ROI.

You can't fake that kind of stuff because that translates into the trust that I'm able to gain and garner from either people in class or personal training clients.

But then understanding like post-pandemic that siloing myself as just a group fitness instructor or just a personal trainer or somebody that just can do it in front of a camera, that wasn't doing me any good.

The last part that I think one of the biggest, most recent turning points has been knowing that our skills as fitness professionals are transferable.

I'm like, how do you get so good at this? So it's a group fitness class without the burpees.

It's the same cueing and instructing and public speaking that we've garnered through personal training and group fitness.
