So if you are buying a used car that has had airbag deployment and repair of that airbag since the year 2020, You want to do a little research before you buy that car.
It might have had the airbag replaced with one of these Chinese replacement inflators that has killed 11 people in the United States so far.
How do you know where it came from, right? But they're buying this Chinese stuff because it costs less.

personally my advice is if you get a car fax or whatever a used car you're looking at it says it was in an accident where the airbags deployed don't even buy the car who wants to buy a car that was in an accident with airbags deployed maybe they didn't fix it right all the electronics that are in there could have been damaged maybe it'll go down the road soon and something major will go wrong and a mechanic will say look uh this is a replacement airbag and the old one destroyed a bunch of stuff and you can cost your fortune if you find that a car had airbag deployment my advice is this don't buy a used car that has had the airbag deployed well here's yet another reason to listen to me when I say don't buy an electric car now they haven't really figured it out yet Nobody knows what battery systems they're going to use.
