Maso Pizza Bar

Okay, this is a big day for Savor the Ozarks.

This is episode number 100.

100.

I'm so excited about that, and I'm really excited about my guest today.

This is someone I've known for a lot of years.

It's someone you know, and every time I see him, I am really tempted to yell, Nicola.

I bet no one but me has ever done that, right? Nicola

Gilardi.

First time I heard that.

First time I ever heard Nicola.

No, story of my life.

Believe me.

It's like people singing joy to the world.

To me, either the Three Dog Night or the Christmas song.

One or both, depending on time of year.

Nicola Gilardi, you are an experience.

I don't know how else to say it.

You have been in this town a long time and I want to know where you came from, how you got here.

And I hope you tell me you're never leaving because you have made this community very happy over the years.

And you've built a beautiful family and beautiful businesses.

And we've got a lot of ground to cover.
