There's just so much to sift through as women in a Western culture and a male dominant culture and the fact of perception and how we are sort of taught and the inheritance that we carry about what we're allowed to want and allowed to have.

I'm super excited to share and I want to dive right in with a practice, a grounding practice, but I also want to say before that it is my hope and my goal, my wish that this be very interactive.

So as Ashley shared with you all, I am a graduate of the Center for Sacred Window Studies.

I have an 18-month-old son, and I am 38 weeks and a couple days pregnant with my second.
