And part of the reason I'm recording this episode is I know last week I recorded an amazing episode where I was so pumped about making videos.

to date, over $1 million in my coaching business since I left accounting 10 years ago.

And at the same time, because, not because of this, but And I am noticing that I'm putting a little bit of internal or a little bit of pressure on myself to not just keep it up, but keep going, keep doubling, keep, you know, keep growing.

And part of that is because we are finally going to do the remodel on our house that I've been wanting to do for many years.

for a long time it was actually that I wanted to move and get a bigger house and get a pool but real estate as we all know has gotten insane interest rates are super high and it's just extremely competitive where we live and extremely expensive where we live so we've decided we're just going to lean into our current house finally make it the house the dream the amazing house that we've always wanted to be and for me as someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen I'm get the kitchen I want, but we're going to actually open up the doors from our kitchen living space into the outside.

And it's all very exciting, but it also means that I need to make more money and that that's part of the process.

And I think no matter what, when you add a little bit of an extra more you actually create additional expenses for yourself your brain's like where it it's like adding this little bit of pressure like there's a little bit more pressure on it there's nothing wrong with pressure because as I shared last week I actually operate very well under pressure I actually, this was a discussion we had in my mastermind that with my business coach with several of these other women who are also making six figures or multiple six figures.

And that's one of the identities that I really carry with me is that I make money.

I know how to make money no matter what situation, you know, and whether it was like a project as a kid to like earn money at a lemonade stand or it's not a lemonade stand but like selling Girl Scout cookies as a kid or I went door-to-door selling my jewelry or if it was my first job at Chili's and trying to work my way up or in public accounting going for the bonus or you know whenever they offered us a bonus to like get our CPA exam done at a certain time and you better believe I got it done Any kind of incentive, motivation, I am in it.

And then when my husband got laid off, when I was pregnant with twins, and I kind of had that huge aha moment of, not aha moment, but like line in the sand moment of, do I continue with coaching? Do I have to go from a part-time income from a full-time income for this to make sense? Well, he built his business and...

So if you are someone who is the type of person who makes money, you're a moneymaker and you're going to make money.

So that's the thing that I'm really tethering myself to right now, because I'm not even stressed about money.

And I'm just noticing that this thought is coming in as we're talking about this remodel project, that thought of like, what if you can't keep it up? Or what if you can't make, I don't even need to make more.

Like we are, we can totally do the project without me making any more than I already make.

But my brain goes there, right? So That's just one of the things that is going on in my life.
