I had nothing to do with warehousing and logistics and, you know, procurement and all.
And so we had to find our strengths and make sure that we were doing what worked best for our skill set.
And so after I came to Watershape, it became very clear that the role, as it was described to me, was actually more of an operations role than I thought.
I love getting people the opportunity to raise their game and all that stuff, and all that stuff was true.
The problem that I had was I don't possess the skills to do what I believe Watershape actually needs as a business.
