It's just my fear, um, is that the whole championship and the whole, especially the summer leg, 'cause it's gonna work in the autumn.
The autumn internationals always work 'cause if you're the South Africans, for example, you can play Scotland, Wales, and England maximum an hour's flight between the three or a few hours down the motorway.
It works in Europe 'cause everyone's geographically clustered, but when you're trying to do the equivalent of the autumn internationals in the Southern Hemisphere, it is a logistical and, and geographical undertaking, and this is hopefully not gonna be the theme of the next few weeks, and maybe it's beholden on us, media, the fans at home listening, watching not to make this all about the travel because it could be.
If you wanted to make it all about the travel, given that Scotland, Wales, and England are all on this leg that involves going to Argentina and South Africa sometimes in consecutive weekends, sometimes via a t- a game in, at home, it's a lot.
It's almost a pre-look at the World Cup the w- a year before just to test yourselves against these type of teams and in meaningful competition 'cause I f- and I feel, I do feel a bit sorry for the lads that normally you go somewhere for three weeks.
You get to properly experience the tour, so you get to go and do amazing things, see their culture, you know, go and do safaris and, and go play golf in these amazing places and properly bond as a squad before you then go on and take on these amazing teams.
They have managed to sneak a bit of that in, which is great, but I think you learn so much about each other on a tour where you actually can feel comfortable in each other's company.
I think they're gonna spend so many ti- so much time on a plane, then recovering.
