And it's one of our favorite fall flowers around here.
And we're going to be talking about in depth how to grow it and how to use it some.

flower.
Yeah, for the medicinal uses and how pretty it is.
But did you know it has culinary uses also?
I was going to look that up.
I have heard that.
So
you can use the petals in there as a garnish or edible.
A lot of people use it as garnishes.
And it's classified as the old poor man's saffron because people use it to dye their food and stuff.
Oh.
Sort of like they do with turmeric, kind of.
Yeah, but I think it's probably better than that.
Saffron is used, because it's very expensive, it's used in small doses and it has a lot of color flecked on the food and therefore a cleanser can do the same thing.
