People are having fun with it.
You know, there are flash steps, 闪身步, bear shaking its fur, 狗熊多做毛, and also heart burning, 烧心.
These aren't really newly coined terms.
They're existing terms.
But young people these days are giving them new meaning.
So what exactly do they mean? We'll start with the two terms, flash steps, yu shen, and bear shaking his fur, yu shan.

Those professors, they stand very strictly and just speak to the camera, or like something like flash step, and then all of a sudden the movement starts.
That's an
instruction video then.
It is just showing students how to do that move.
It's like an online course.
Right.
Or just videos recorded for the students to refer to as a professional or standard movement instruction.
And it was recorded a long time ago, apparently.
It seemed like, you know, the quality of the video doesn't seem like it happened in 2026.
Yeah, those two professors, both of them who recorded Flash Step and Bear Shaking His Fur, it's recorded by different professors, by the way.
Both of them are leaders within the industry now, within the performing art industries now, and they've aged so much.
So seeing them still doing the dance movements when they were younger was quite a scene for a lot of people who later on worked with them.
Somehow this sort of surfaced back onto the social media and people are like, these are some really funny.
