Is an EBV test worth it?

First of all, everybody has it.

If you think right now, do I have ABV or not? You have it because everybody has it nowadays.

It's impossible to not have it anymore.

And whether you can test for it or not, you can test for it.

But the problem is it's a blood test, okay? You only test Epstein-Barr virus in your blood.

But what's going on is that ABV goes through four stages.

It's what I learned from medical medium.

And that's basically, The first stage is the stage of contraction where you get it for the first time.

It's possible that it doesn't cause anything.

Maybe you get a mild scratchy throat or something, but there's nothing really going on and it's being dormant in your body again.

Okay, there's nothing really going on.

You can already have that.

You can inherit that as well.

But you can get it...

You can get EBV everywhere.

If you go to a restaurant and you share food with a friend, you can get EBV.

If you share a glass with somebody else, you can EBV.

If you exchange bodily fluids, saliva, you get EBV.

Blood transfusions, EBV.

You...

It's almost impossible to avoid it.

That's why everybody has it because we share these pathogens all the time.

And also, I would never ever...

I would never ever share a glass with another person or my food with somebody else.

Never ever do that because you get their pathogens, you get their flu viruses if they have the flu, you get their EBV, their shingles, their herpes simplex, you get all of their viruses of the other person if you share bodily fluids, even if you just share saliva.
