is that we do get to have conversations with people who are doing exactly that, that life does happen.
Life happens to each and every one of us.
And, you know, speaking with you and sharing what you're doing and your journey of where you've come from and sharing Also with other people that I've been able to chat to, this is a thing.
It's about giving people hope that when they are going through such challenging and difficult times that they can, they can hear our stories.
They can hear these conversations and it gives them hope to, to basically go, you know what? I don't want to stay stuck here.
Where can I go from here?

And, um, And when you get in a certain, move into a new world, and I'm kind of in the world of retired and writing books and collecting stories and studying resilience and studying grief and studying hope.

And I almost tear up, you know, you get so caught up in this stuff and talking to people and I almost tear up just that concept of believing in a better outcome, kind of no matter where you are, is so important.
It really is.
And by doing that too, it starts to create this belief within yourself that, you know what, it is possible to move forward.
it is possible to change direction.
It is possible to absolutely take what has happened.
And I guess in a way you're reinventing yourself, aren't you? Like you just start to reinvent yourself into something that hopefully feels more aligned.

And the words were, you can use fuel, you can use adversity as fuel for creativity.
