Rebuilding Your Identity After Life Changes with Fran Harper

Healing Begins the Moment You Choose Yourself. In this episode of Rise Up and Heal, I sit down with Fran Harper, Founder of Identity Architecture ™, creator of The Identity Architect Method™, Master Trainer in NLP, Time Line Therapy™, and Hypnosis, counsellor, entrepreneur, and international speaker.Fran shares her extraordinary journey through three major life transitions, including divorce, emigrating and rebuilding after the end of a 25-year marriage, and facing bowel cancer. Each experience challenged her sense of identity and became the catalyst for creating the Identity Architecture™ framework, a powerful method for rebuilding your life from the inside out.Together, we explore what happens when life no longer fits the person you've become, why identity is at the heart of lasting transformation, and how healing often begins by rediscovering who you truly are. This conversation is a powerful reminder that while life can change us in unexpected ways, we always have the ability to reconnect with ourselves and create a future aligned with our purpose and values. If you’ve ever found yourself asking, “Who am I now?” after loss, change, or adversity, this episode will leave you with hope, clarity, and a renewed sense of possibility.Connect with Fran:Email: fran@franharpercoaching.comPhone: +61 434165261Website: www.franharpercoaching.comIf this episode resonates with you, please subscribe to Rise Up and Heal for more conversations on healing, self-worth, personal growth, and emotional wellbeing. If you have a story you’d like to share on the podcast, I’d love to hear from you.
