Basement Sweep

And touching back a little bit on about myself, I was born in Argentina, the province of Santa Fe and the city of Rosario, the same exact city that Messi was born in.

So I'm not wearing this just for show.

This is truly my colors.

This is where I was born in.

But one thing I never understood about my culture for a long time when I was young is how can they be so excited over a game? How can they go out of their way to live and die for their team? So that's what I'm going to explore today, fanatism in sports.

And if you didn't think about it, yes, it is a hobby because let's just talk about some of the similarities of hobbies.

So let's just, for example, comic books.

So with comic books, you collect.

That's how you collect.

You purchase merchandise, shirts, whatnot.

And how do you practice it? You just read it.

With fanaticism, what do you do? You collect jerseys the same way you collect comic books.

You practice a sport the same way you read said comic books.

So regardless of how you look at it, it is ultimately a hobby and one of my favorite ones.
