And I love what you say on the nervous system front because I really do believe sort of helping folks to find a way to modulate their stress response is really at the core of my work, particularly my work with parents, because, you know, oftentimes we're kind of operating at this heightened place, and then when a stressor hits, boom, we escalate to the point of shutdown.
So if we can just help folks to modulate and show up as level as possible every day-
even though we know there's no easy, easy, uh, way to make that happen, and easier said than done, and we're not always gonna be completely level, but as best we can.
