Welcome to this guided forgiveness meditation to help you release anger, resentment, and bitterness in order to further enable your body to heal.
This practice uses a modern four-line prayer inspired by the Hawaiian practice of Hoʻoponopono for clearing negative memories, fears, and limiting beliefs while cultivating forgiveness, peace, and love for yourself and others.
