yeah let's go ahead and do simon arish first Rye, unflappable, and altruistic, Security Chief Simon Arish is an unshakable part of the FPC's backbone.
His coolness under pressure has saved lives countless times, and he has no intention of bucking the trend during the Manhattan AWE.
Arish is still grappling with an immense amount of guilt and grief over the colleagues he lost during the Hiss invasion of 2019, and has channeled this into mistrust for Dillon.
To save Manhattan and prevent further FPC casualties, Arish will have to work with the man he blames for his greatest failure.
Another person blaming Dylan.
Yeah, what the hell? It's messed up.
Unfortunately.
Poor Dylan, man.
But I sort of disagree.
I think maybe possibly.
Because remember, in Control, he was kind of losing it.
Yeah.
He was, you know, and I've heard people say like, you know, in like comments or whatever, like, oh, he was, you know, like grieving the loss of his friends or whatever.
According to Emily, that doesn't matter.
Maybe it mattered to him, though, but he didn't really act like it.
When he did become sort of unhinged was when he took over Marshall's job.
And remember the whole Marshall, you know, God, and he was, you know, he just got kind of progressively more and more frustrated and angry.
And so I don't think that he keeps his cool in the game and in control in the first game.
I disagree with that part, but maybe Remedy is trying to give us a new look, you know, give him a new look or, you know, maybe clarify how they want him to be or want him to be perceived.
Yeah, that's kind of what I'm thinking, because in the first game, I mean, at the very beginning, he kind of keeps his cool.
But yeah, as the game progresses, he's slowly losing it, losing it.
And then and then, you know.
Without going into spoiler territory, you know, I'm guessing in Resonant that, I mean, after six years being the lockdown, if he's losing his cool by the end of the first game, he's probably just batshit crazy in Resonant.
Yeah, I would imagine most of them are very upset, depressed, you know, all the things that come with being isolated.
