One of my favorite things in the training is before we went, we had our leadership team fill out a – it's called character code, which is an extension of color code.

So color code kind of determines your core motive and what your – I don't want to say personality, but what drives you is like since infancy what drives you.

Character code is an extension of that, and it talks more about behavior types, like characteristic types.

They gave feedback, so we were able to take that feedback and review it in class, which was extremely eye-opening, and it was fun to do.

And to be honest, there's some that I would have guessed, and there's some that I wouldn't have.

I'll let you share, then I can dive deeper into that, too, because I have them in front of me, and I'll just talk about it.

Well, the character code stuff, the 360, I mean, it's a 360 view to identify blind spots.

Thad took us through some really cool exercises about things that are known about you, that you know, others know.

I really like it because I think, like, as a leader, you want to just continue to – you want to know what your team thinks of you, you know? And the cool part about character code, it's not just negative.
