One, one more thing on this section, so, 'cause I'm hang- I'm hanging on to a little bit before we go on to how superteams make each other better.

One of the th- a couple things I thought of, uh, in reading the book that I'd never thought of before.

So if you think of our discipline, we're teaching people how to do business development, do it the right d- way, find more time in a crazy life that they live in, all that stuff.

A couple things I thought of were, what, what if an organization or, or a team, really, had time baked in where they, the whole two, team knew that if they were available in that slot, there wasn't some urgent client demand, that they were all gonna do business development at the same time? And I just...

But, and it doesn't mean that we all have to be in a Zoom call and we, you know, like, there's certain...

I think there's things you can even buy where you literally do work with somebody else on a Zoom call, but you don't talk, just as the accountability partner.

But just knowing that from, like, 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. or 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday or whatever, we're all doing our outreaches.

The other idea I want your feedback on is, one of the things we teach in our leader training, Grobig Leader Training, is not to set just goals as a team, the outcome goals, but also to then play, get, to, to pull that back to agency, to, uh, things that we can 100% control.

Input goals, effort goals, outreach goals, whatever it is, that if we do those things, we think we'll reach the outcome.

So I was thinking how maybe you pair those things where, "Hey, as a team, we decided we're gonna tr- we're gonna win or s- w- we're gonna win or lose as a team.

We're gonna try to have 50 client outreaches a week that are meaningful across all 10 of us or whatever, and we're gonna do that every, we're gonna do five emails a week or phone calls or whatever between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.

We know when the time is." And then some type of reinforcement mechanism to say, "I got my five," or, "I actually got up to seven today," or something like that.Thoughts on something like that?

I love the idea of monitoring and having visible metrics that the team shares as a whole because you- again, that's a shared goal.
