I don't wish nutrition issues upon anyone except for maybe my worst enemy, which is I don't think I have a lot of enemies in general.
So it's just one of those things too, that like, I like when you were like, you know, you don't know how it's going to go in Western States until you're in Western States.
And there's also like to sometimes like, you know, just like in general, some days it's just not your day.
Like, At its best, but it seems like, you know, for you, you're very good at working through those things.
Um, but anyway, circling back to like the nutrition in particular, I pulled up the Guru Octane on my, um, second monitor because didn't they isn't it i don't know if you know this it's okay if you don't is this did they kind of revamp this recently the goo rock yeah
so this is um uh i guess this isn't a public because i can't share all the details but they're coming out with a new goo rock tame product next year and that's actually what i used at western states it's it's similar to like what's in the market right now other than it has more sodium
But yeah, like when it comes to like liquid, some people that works great for.
It's more of just when I'm thinking about somebody who wants to do like all liquid nutrition, it's mostly making sure that they actually practice it so they can tolerate it.
But also with that, like it does depend on people's sweat rate, right? Like if I have...
someone with like a very low sweat rate and they want to do all liquid nutrition.
It's like, okay, how do we, it's like fueling plants to me are like a game of Tetris.
Like how do we put this together that we're not overdoing fluids or underdoing sodium or vice versa.
So sometimes with like liquid nutrition, it can get tricky depending on the individual.
