Zoe, I'm honored that you agreed to have a conversation with me, and I suppose I'd love to start by asking you to talk about Brian and the type of man he was.

... and, you know, from what I wrote about him in, in, in the book, but there's so much more to tell.

Um, he was, well, he was my hero, to be honest with you, but he was also, you know, heroism ran through his veins, I believe.

He loved to get on the back of that bike and off he'd go on some of his wonderful treks with his mate, Adi, because, for the record, by the way, I hate motorbikes, [laughs] so-

Um, but, uh, yeah, he had a real appreciation for life and, uh, s- certainly that, that came through in the e- the energy that he displayed in everything he did.

He used to spend an awful lot of time, uh, you know, free time, giving up his free time to help people that were in need, and, and Blood, Blood Bikes in particular was a great passion of his.
