hi everybody welcome back to the rereadable podcast my name is sammy i'm kg and today we have a super fun episode that hopefully we don't offend too many of you on and it's okay we have different opinions that's fine but today we are going to talk about our dnf books as well as books that were scored very very low possibly one star that we don't recommend that's right so some of them we have to share we we just want to share yeah you know we've shared our five stars so why not the ones that we didn't like
yeah
and some of them i have on my list that kg actually really really liked and maybe vice versa and maybe you're like are you guys reading the same books i'm reading then that's you know the fun of it we all have different opinions that's right but we're gonna share some of our dnfs and i'll start by saying I am a notoriously very nice person that decides when I'm reading that I'm like, I have to push through.
You know, they did write it and I respect that.
And then I get to the end and I'm like, well, that was a colossal waste of my time.
And some of the books I have really wanted to DNF were book club books.
Yeah, that's fair.
i have to read it for book club because i don't want to be the person that doesn't and so sometimes that's just where i land but there are plenty of books that i read and was like well i hated that and i'll tell you about them yeah that's right that's what we're
here for
we have to
give you our highs and our lows so you guys know if you have a little bit of lows reading preferences as us as well then this is helpful because there are certain people i follow on instagram who like i love to follow them but i know that if she loved a book i'm probably not gonna like it and vice versa so this is also kind of why yes
yeah and we have even like friends like in our circles that are like yes oh this was a five star and then we read it and we're like
Yeah.
Oh.
Yeah, so you have those people in your life where you're like, okay, we're pretty similar, so if you recommend it, I'm going to take that.
And then if you didn't like it, there's a high chance that I will as well.
Yeah.
So that's also why we're doing this.
Yes.
That was
a good, good way to sum it up.
Just a preface before we get going.
Yeah, I think you did a great job with that.
