And my one DNF that I remember is Love How You Love Me by Gracie Graham.
And I am going to tell you guys right now, I read this, I think, in 2022 when I went back and looked at my Goodreads.
So it's been a minute.
Yeah.
And I still remember the disdain I had.
Wow.
This is book two.
and apparently it went to five books because i was looking at it the other day this is book two in the series and book one starts and it's like i believe high school it's football it's like um it starts and there's a love triangle okay and it's this guy coming back into town he's on the football team he's rough he rides a motorcycle and then i remember you
talking about it it's
coming back yep and then there's like the good old boy that's like the team captain or whatever probably I don't know and she's in a relationship with the good one but then like kind of has the hots for the other one and so then it becomes like this weird love triangle and the whole time I'm like man I i number one hate this right and number two just like feels familiar yeah so i'm like whatever but by the end of book one i don't remember how it ends but it's a cliffhanger and i'm like i have to know who she picks right like i can see the writing on the wall that it will probably be like sure the bad not bad guy but like you know like the tough guy and yeah the troubled guy yeah and i i can see the writing on the wall but i feel really bad for the other one because like he really didn't do anything right And it was just like this weird circumstance.
And I just kept thinking, man, this feels familiar.
And I get like a few chapters into book two.
And I realize their last names are Scott.
They're brothers.
Oof.
That play the same sport.
And one is like the one that got to stay with mommy and daddy.
And then the other one is like the one that daddy didn't want.
And I said, um, this is One Tree Hill.
But in football, I was like.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Even the name.
