I had prayed for him since I was eight years old, and I'll share that part of the testimony later.

And by the grace of God and the sound and wise advice of my parents, I chose well.

And we are going to celebrate our 40th anniversary this year, like I shared before.

My husband had never contemplated having children or even a wife before he met me.

I, on the other hand, wanted to be a mother from the time that I can remember.

I was the oldest cousin that would take care of the little cousins and I started teaching when I was super young.

And this was the first boy in our family because I was born into an all girl family.

And so having a boy, it was something really exciting for our all girls family.

My husband was completely mesmerized and committed the rest of his life to his children.
