An essential and often overlooked part of the spiritual journey is to reclaim your nature.

So what does it mean to reclaim your nature? Well, we were all indigenous to somewhere and we all have roots, traditions, foods, rituals, and traditional medicine people from those places.

Learning yours and staying connected to your roots is an essential way to not only learn what your ancestors dealt with, It gives you a different outlook on life and gives you a lot more gratitude for what you have today.

And in new age, spiritual communities want to escape their body, escape the reality of being a human being on the planet right now.

And so if we are escaping our ancestry and trying to pretend that our bloodline doesn't count or our human lineage doesn't count, It's simply a different form of escapism.

It's also allowing the divide and conquer tactics to deter you from doing this work.

You are allowed to claim what's in your blood, and when you do, it will ground you into your spirituality, it will ground your nervous system, and it will completely change your life.

But many folks don't know where to start, so it's actually really easy to reclaim your nature.

Then once you've learned the history of your people, you can come back to our people community with a greater understanding of your place in it and a greater groundedness in your humanness and your spirituality.
